Bring your own key
Out of trial? Paste your own Anthropic key on any plan, including Free. You pay the model provider directly — we don’t mark it up.
Managed (Growth & Scale)
Don’t want to manage a key? Growth and Scale include a generous monthly allowance of AI drafts on our key, built into the flat price.
Billing questions
How is this cheaper than Intercom? +
Flat per-workspace pricing with unlimited seats on every paid plan, and AI you can run on your own key at cost. No per-seat multiplication, no per-resolution metering, no AI surcharge.
What counts as a “conversation”? +
A conversation is a thread. The plan limits count new conversations created in a calendar month — a returning customer continuing an existing thread doesn’t re-count. It resets on the 1st.
What happens if I go over my conversation limit? +
We never drop an inbound customer message. You’ll see an upgrade nudge, and agent-initiated new conversations are paused until you upgrade — but your customers always get through.
Do I need a credit card to start? +
No. The Free plan needs no card. Add one only when you upgrade.
Can I change plans later? +
Anytime, up or down. Downgrading never deletes your data or removes teammates — it just caps new usage.
Is there a discount for annual billing? +
Annual pricing is coming. For now everything is simple monthly billing you can cancel anytime.
