Customer support your team actually wants to use.
Flat pricing. Bring your own AI key. Reach support nirvana.
Free plan, no card. Live chat · email · knowledge base · AI copilot.
So sorry about that! I checked your account — the second charge was a retry and it’s already been refunded. It’ll land in 3–5 days. Anything else I can sort out?
Support tooling stopped being built for small teams.
Legacy help desks charge per seat, then per resolution, then more for the AI add-on — so the better you do, the more you pay. The UI feels like 2014. And the new “AI” just replies to your customers and hopes. Indie founders deserve better than getting eaten by their own support bill.
Everything you need. Nothing that gets in the way.
Flat, honest pricing
One price per workspace, per month. No per-seat math. No per-resolution surprise bills when you have a busy week.
Bring your own AI key
Use your own Anthropic key on any plan — including Free. You pay the model provider directly. We don’t mark it up.
Built for speed
Keyboard-first and Linear-fast. A command palette and real shortcuts, not a spinner and five nested menus.
Copilot, not autopilot
AI drafts replies grounded in your knowledge base. A human still reads it and hits send. No confident nonsense to customers.
Every channel, one inbox
Live chat widget, inbound email, and a knowledge base — in a single shared inbox your whole team works from.
Support that’s actually fun
Purposeful gamification that rewards good outcomes — resolutions, CSAT, great help docs — not raw speed or volume.
Make great support feel like progress.
Most “gamified” tools reward the wrong things — raw speed, message count, busywork. Replyvana rewards outcomes that actually matter: confirmed resolutions, happy customers, and the teammates who write the help docs everyone leans on.
- ✓ XP for resolutions and high CSAT — not for being fastest
- ✓ Knowledge-base authorship is a hero mechanic
- ✓ Quiet by default — no confetti, leaderboards optional
- ✓ Toggle the whole thing off whenever you like

Questions, answered
What’s the catch with “bring your own key”? +
None. Paste your Anthropic API key and AI drafts run on it — you pay Anthropic directly at cost. New workspaces also get a free trial pool on our key, and Growth/Scale include a managed allowance if you’d rather not manage a key at all.
Will the AI reply to my customers on its own? +
Only if you explicitly turn that on. By default Replyvana is a copilot: it drafts, a human sends. Optional after-hours auto-reply is grounded in your knowledge base and collects an email instead of guessing when it isn’t sure.
Can I move over from Intercom? +
Yes. One-click import brings your contacts and help-center articles across, and the articles are embedded for AI search automatically.
What does “per-resolution surprise bill” mean? +
Some tools charge you every time a conversation is resolved — so a good month costs you more. Replyvana is flat: a generous monthly conversation allowance per plan, and we never drop an inbound customer message if you go over.
Is the gamification annoying? +
It’s quiet by default — no confetti, no sounds, leaderboards off unless you opt in. It rewards outcomes that actually matter (resolutions, CSAT, writing good docs), and you can switch the whole thing off.
Support nirvana is one import away.
